Cherum

I'm wiping a lot of paintings lately, but I am vowing to persevere.  In the meantime, all of your beautiful paintings are keeping me feeling inspired!

I hope you all have a great holiday weekend ahead.  Happy painting!

Beautiful job, Darla - both the composition and the execution. The pitcher and its reflections are fabulous. Keep persevering - it's paying off!

"Wipeouts"... really, Darla? This is a beautiful painting. I'm in awe of how you have mastered the complexities here. The folds in the fabric, and the silver pitcher are excellent. Oh, and I LOVE "After School Stack"!

Gosh, Darla . . . can't believe you're wiping anything! Your paintings are filled with glorious light! Love the tomato paintings and how translucent they are, love the way you're handling cloth and love After School Stack—they're all so fresh and vibrant! Really gorgeous work!
